Delivery Tracking Systems:

CareOne's delivery system allows for signature verification for each item delivered. Signatures are captured and sent electronically to our pharmacy as soon as the delivery is completed, which allows for real-time delivery status updates.
Our delivery process includes three bar-code scans to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications:

●  Pharmacy Technician scans all items to the delivery tote.
●  Courier scans the tote when picking up the delivery.
●  Courier scans all items and packing slips upon delivery.
●  Delivery status and reports are available online.
